Coaches
Volunteers are key to the success of our youth sports leagues. The time, energy, enthusiasm and patience our coaches put forth each season is remarkable. The dedication of our volunteer coaches is something we're very proud of.

Each season we are in need of coaches. If you are interested in coaching a team and agree to a multi-state background check, please Register as a Coach.

Requesting Practice time - Important
During the registration process you will be asked to give practice preferences. Please consider them carefully as they will be used to build the practice schedules and are difficult to change after the schedule is set. Please contact Luke Grossnickle at 503.654.8372 before registering as a coach.

Requesting Players: Using Online Registration coaches may request team members. If the coach has only requested four players, for example, the YMCA will fill the team with other players from the same grade, school or geographic location.  Most teams will have up to 11 players.
